| 摘 要： | 对《学生体质健康标准》的选测项目进行研究和分析后发现:台阶实验和1 000 m(800 m)跑项目测试结果差异性大、相关性低,二者评分标准不统一,评分标准偏低,各得分段成绩间距分布不符合评价标准的正态分布规律。结论:台阶试验指数反映耐力的有效性低,不能正确反映人体心肺功能,把台阶实验和1 000 m(800 m)任选其一作为心功能评价指标而对个体进行综合评价缺乏科学性、合理性。

| Abstract: | By applying literature data method and mathematical statistic method,the authors studied and analyzed optional test items in Student Physical Health Standard,and reveal the following findings: There is a big difference and low correlativity between the test results of step test and 1 000 m/800 m run;the scoring standards for these two tests are not unified;the scoring standards are kind of low;the distribution of score spans of various score segments does not in conformity with the pattern of normal distribution.The authors drew the following conclusions:Step test index has a poor performance in reflecting endurance effectively,and cannot reflect cardio-pulmonary functions of the human body correctly;it lacks in scientific and rational basis to select either step test or 1 000 m/800 m run as the cardio-pulmonary function evaluation index and thus carry out comprehensive evaluation on an individual. |
