| 摘 要： | WTO的自我保护规则是对所有成员都适用的规则，是各成员在推进贸易自由化进程的安全阀，是WTO为确保自由贸易不被滥用而赋予其每一个成员的安全机制。因此，我国在实现贸易自由化的过程中，需要特别重视对WTO自我保护规则的研究，并善于运用。

| Abstract: | The theoretical basis of WTO is the idea of free trade and protection, therefore, its multilateral system is bound to consist of two parts: the free trade regulations and the protection regulations. As the safety valve of the free trade and self protection regulations can keep free trade from being abused,we should pay attention to it, study it and know how to apply it. |
