| 摘 要： | 服装与人体健康之间存在着不可分割的关系,服装的款式、颜色、面料对人体健康有很大的影响。服装的款式由于和人体亲密接触,往往对人体起到束缚的作用,表现在内衣过紧,会压迫腹壁与内脏及其血管;裤腰过紧,会使股外侧皮神经受损．款式是否合适直接影响人的身体健康。服装的色彩从冷暖、兴奋沉静、轻重、华丽朴素等方面对人的心理产生作用,从而影响人的心理健康。服装面料的多元化,导致其成分的复杂性,如杀虫剂、化肥、除草剂、防腐剂、防霉剂、防蛀剂等成分残留面料中,对人体直接起到伤害作用。人们只有正确认识服装与人体健康之间的关系,积极倡导服装科技与服饰文化的“绿色服装”、“环保服装”,才能穿出美丽和健康。

| Abstract: | There exists an indivisible relation between clothes and human health, and the style, the color and the cloth have great influence on human health. The style makes close contact with human body, which may restrict the human body; the color may affect human mentality due to cold or warmth, lightness or heaviness, beauty or simplicity; the cloth with characteristics of multi-materials and complex components will do harm to human health. Only after they realize the relations between clothes and human health, advocate "Green Clothes" and "Environmental Protection Clothes" of clothes high-tech and clothes culture, people can enjoy beautiful clothes and health as well. |
