| 摘 要： | 企业并购能够为企业创造竞争优势，但同时也存在着巨大的风险，融资风险就是其中的重要一项。文章在详细分析企业并购融资风险的基础上，提出了防范和控制融资风险的对策。同时结舍我国企业并购的现状，探讨了建立合理融资机制的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Merger and acquisition can create competition advantage for enterprises, but it also involves enormous risk, the financing risk being an important one. This article puts forward measures for preventing and controlling the financing risk on the basis of analyzing its risks. It also probes into the effective ways of setting up the rational financing mechanisms with respect to the current situation of merger and acquisition of our country. |
