| 摘 要： | 采用献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析法和专家访谈法等研究方法，对河南省8所高校学生参与体育运动的情况进行了抽样调查，分析了影响他们参与体育运动的因素，并提出了对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Adopting the research methods of documentary reference,inquiry through questionnaires,statistics and analysis and experts interview,through sampling survey of sports participation situation of eight universities and colleges in Henan province,this paper analyzes the factors affecting their participation in sports and proposes suggestions and strategies. |
