| 摘 要： | 中书法庭最初是主管英国王室书事务的班子，掌管大御玺；随着王国政治生活的复杂化，逐渐具备了政府管理职能和司法职能，成长为中央政府的权力中枢；之后其司法职能日渐加强，逐步向法庭的方向发展。

| Abstract: | At first, the royal chancery was in charge of Britain imperial documents and the Royal Seal; with the complicating of kingdom's political life, it had gradually gotten administrative and judicial function, grown into the power center of the central government; after that, its judicial function was strengthened, developed toward the court gradually. |
