| 摘 要： | 采用调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法,对福建高校中年教师每次体育锻炼的时间、强度、内容、形式和每周锻炼次数等进行分析。结果表明:教师运动的强度较合理;教师锻炼形式以自发式为主;教师到收费场所锻炼的人数少。

| Abstract: | The survey methods,literatures,research methods and mathematical statistics,for middle-aged teachers in colleges and universities each exercise time,intensity,frequency of exercise per week,mainly involved in content and form of exercise and other behavioral characteristics were analyzed.The results showed: the majority of high-grade teachers do physical activities in the evening time,frequency of exercise per week 2 times in 2 or less accounted for the vast majority,the intensity of exercise is more reasonable to spontaneous style of the main forms of exercise,to charge the number of training places less. |
