摘    要:国有供水企业必须进行工资制度改革,结构工资制是一种较好的工资形式。结构工资制吸收了其它工资制度的长处,有较强的灵活性、适应性,能够多方面综合评定员工对企业的贡献,兼顾企业多方面的经营目标,有效地调动各方面员工的工作积极性,充分发挥了工资的激励功能。

Abstract:Reform of salary system in state-owned water-supply enterprises is necessary.The Structural Salary System(SSS) is an appropriate salary system which has absorbed the merits of other salary systems,and has good flexibility and adaptability.The SSS can evaluate the employee's contribution to the enterprise synthetically,considerate the multi-objectives of the management and effectively mobilize the staff to be active in different posts,so it can make the best of the excitation function of salary.
