| 摘 要： | 文章针时目前我国对外贸易顺差的问题，着重分析了中国巨额对外贸易顺差形成的诸多因素，提出了今后我国贸易政策调整的方向，合理调整进出口结构，努力平衡国际贸易收支，改善我国企业对外贸易条件等的相关措施和建议。

| Abstract: | The research, aiming to the issues in China＇ s export surplus, analyzes the causal factors. The managing measures for balancing are proposed such as a good import and export structure to balance the international trading income and expenses. The solutions improving Chinese companies export conditions are also discussed. |
