| 摘 要： | 辍学是一个教育问题．更是一个社会问题。从教育社会学的视角来看，它主要受到学生自身、学校教育以及家庭和社会三个方面的影响。在整个辍学行为过程当中，辍学者本人并不是绝对的“无辜者”和“受害者”．他们在一定程度上也发挥了辍学者主体性地位和作用；农村地区的学校教育现状在诸多辍学现象背后难辞其咎；家庭和社会因素更是促成这一问题的直接原因和深层动力。
