| 摘 要： | 本文从实质经济与虚拟经济"二分法"分析入手,探讨土地金融的实践理论,提出发展市场经济,必须积极探索建立土地金融体制,以达到分散土地投资风险和提高土地配置效率。土地基金是土地与金融结合的有效组织形式,是现阶段我国土地金融发展的方向。

| Abstract: | Aiming at discussion of the practical theory of land finance by taking 'dichotomy analysis' of material and virtual economy, this paper points out that setting up land finance system should be given high priority in the course of developing market-oriented economy in order to disperse and mitigate land investment risk and to improve land allocation efficiency. Land fund is regarded as an effective way of integrating land and finance, indicating the direction of developing land finance system at this time in China. |
