| 摘 要： | 1960-1979年是尼日利亚经济发展极具代表性和重要性的20年。在这20年中,尼日利亚政府和人民怀着实现工业化的愿望,选择了“进口替代”为本国的经济发展战略,先后制订了三个国家发展计划,为实现国家的工业化目标作了诸多尝试和不懈努力。本文就围绕“进口替代”这个中心展开,对其实施背景、政策措施、结果与效用进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The 20 years between 1960 and 1979 constitute the most typical and most important period of development in Nigerian economy. In those twenty years, the Nigerian government and people chose "import substitution" as their national economic strategy , worked out three national development plans, tried various attempts, and made unremitting efforts in order to achieve the goal of realizing national industrialization. By revolving around the "import substitution" , this paper analyzes the background, the policies and results of implementing the strategy. |
