| Abstract: | A ceremony was held in a library in Johannesburg, South Africa June 14, 2014 to launch the Reading about Zhejiang project in South Africa. The international program is part of a governmen tal undertaking launched by Zhejiang Province to promote books published by publishers based in Zhejiang. The program aims to set up 100 distribution stations across the world to promote books published in Zhejiang. Shan Lie, vice director of the Zhejiang Ad- ministration of Press, Publishing, Radio and Television, notes that the distribution station in South Africa serves as a new window on China for African readers. |
