| 摘 要： | 当前，我国经济处于下行趋势，倒逼传统行业企业加快转型升级，迫在眉睫，而在转型升级时所面临的主要障碍是融资难、融资贵，归结其原因是多方面因素共同导致的。文章以巢湖市小微企业融资存在的问题为例，深入探析了如何在新常态下破解融资困境问题，为解决融资难、融资贵问题寻求了一条新思路和新方法。

| Abstract: | At present, China's economy is in a downward trend, forcing the traditional industries and enterprises to speed up transformation and upgrade immediately. At the time of transformation and upgrading, the main obstacle is difficult and expen-sive financing. Many factors lead to this problem. With small and micro enterprise financing problems in Chaohu City as the ex-ample, the article explores in depth how to solve the financing difficulties under the new norm, seeking a new idea and a new method for difficult and expensive financing. |
