| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前参与数字图书馆研究的人员比较复杂，对数字的内涵的认识各有偏差的情况，重新分析界定了图书馆内涵，揭示了数字图书馆的发展历程，明确了传统图书馆，图书馆自动化与数字图书馆之间的关系，指明了数字图书馆的发展方向。

| Abstract: | According to the current status that the personnel participating in the study of digital libraries is complicated and the different status of understanding on the intention,this paper analyses the intention of libraries and reveals the development process of digital libraries,clarifies the relationship between traditional libraries,automation of libraries and digital libraries and points out the development trends of digital libraries. |
