| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,对全面小康进程中要建立怎样的适合社会发展的体育生活方式进行探讨。认为随着人们生活方式的改变,“以人为本”观念的基本形成,封闭保守的、单调的、具有依附性和被动性的传统体育生活方式应当转化为具有主动性、自主性、多样性的现代体育生活方式。

| Abstract: | With the method of the documents and materials,it discussed what kind of mode of physical life should be found to suit to the development of society in the process of a better-off life.Finally we conclude that with the change in the people's mode of life,the notion of people oriented has basically been formed.So the traditional mode of physical life which is close,conservative,dull,dependent and passive should be transformed into the modern mode of physical life which is initiative,independent,and various. |
