| 摘 要： | 系统地论述我国台湾生物学科基金项目评审中关于申请入学术业绩定量化评价方法。这一方法的评价指标中，不仅包括学术论文，也包括非学术论文(专利、成果转移等)；在学术论文指标中不仅考虑scI论文，同时也考虑了非scI的其他论文(包括台湾岛内的期刊)。这一方法不但可以相对全面地考核科研人员的业绩，而且可以克服优秀学术论文“外流”的现象，促进本土学术期刊的学术水平的提高。这一方法对建立适合我国国情的科研评价方法具有借鉴意义。 |

| Abstract: | SCI Paper has a great influence in the world and it takes an important role in scientific and technologic evaluation in China. In recent year,SCI Paper also becomes the important index of Academic performance and many scholars pay much attention to it. In this paper,the quantitative method for evaluating the academic performance of the biology fund projects in Taiwan is described systematically. The evaluation includes not only academic paper but also non academic paper such as patentand technology transfer,on the other hand it includes not only SCI paper but also the non SCI paper such as the paper published in China;this method could not only roundly evaluate the scholars performance but also keep the excellent paper published in China,it could improve the Academic level of Chinese journal. This method will provide great help for formatting scientific and technologic evaluation method in China. |
