| 摘 要： | 个体对特定对象的“所有权情感”受到了越来越多的西方学者和实践者的关注,但国内尚无相关论述。该建构包括四个基本内容:心理意义上的所有权,心理所有权的定义,心理所有权的理论基础和心理所有权与法律所有权的区别与联系。心理所有权在未来具有应用价值。

| Abstract: | Individual's feelings of ownership for a certain target (even when the one is not the legal owner) has attracted more and more western scholars and practitioners' attention, but no studies on this topic has been carried out at home. This paper introduces the construction of the ownership in the view of psychology from the following four aspects : 1.what is ownership in psychology; 2.the definition of ownership; 3.the theory which psychological ownership is based on;4.the difference and the relationship between psychological ownership and legal ownership. Finally, the author draws the conclusion that the study on psychological ownership will show its applied value in the future. |
