| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法探讨高校图书馆员的工作效能感状况。结果表明，职称高的馆员的工作效能感显著高于职称低的馆员，而工作效能感在学历、性别、年龄和工作年限上则不存在显著差异。最后，针对调查结果提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the method of investigation to study the work-efficacy of university librarian.The results showes the work-efficacy of high technical post librarians are significantly higher than low technical post librarians,but there are no significant differences in educational bachground,gender,age and work years.At last,aiming at the results,some corresponding suggestions are put forward. |
