| 关于职业教育法修订的几点思考 |

| 摘 要： | 职业教育法修订首先必须对职业教育进行明确的定位,如职业教育法的性质定位、职业教育法的职能定位、职业教育法的作用范畴定位等;二是审慎对待职业教育发展过程中的热点入法问题,需要从轻重缓急来分别对待各类问题,需要从可行性上认真研究进入职业教育法的问题;三是职业教育法修订要从一个完整的职业教育法律体系建设来考虑,可以从不同的行政主体或调整关系分别从其他相关法律等多方面进行逐步立法共同组成职业教育法律体系。

| Abstract: | For the revision of vocational education law,the first must be has clear fixed position,such as the nature position of it,the function position of it and the role position of it;the second is to treated the heat problems into the law of vocational education development process carefully,it need to from the order of priority to treat all kinds of problems and to from the feasibility to research into the vocational education law;the third is to from a complete legal system construction to consider it,it also can be from different administrative subject,from"vocational school law","enterprise staff training method"(or"enterprise employment law)","vocational education school-enterprise cooperation law"and many other aspects to consist the vocational education law system. |
