师范生教育实习课程改革:问题归因与实践对策——基于上海师范大学小学教育专业的个案调研

摘    要:教育实习作为教师职前培养的重要课程,对未来教师明确职业定向、形成教育信念、生成实践智慧起着关键作用。通过对上海师范大学小学教育专业教育实习课程实证调研,当前师范生教育实习课程存在的主要问题是:课程建构以效率为取向;作为课程实施主体的大学与小学以互惠为关系;国家支持性政策处于缺位状态。针对上述原因,教育实习课程改革的对策为:课程建构从"效率取向"走向"意义取向";大学与小学从互惠走向合作;制定具有前瞻性的国家教育实习政策。

Abstract:As an important curriculum for pre-service teacher,educational practice plays an central role in deciding occupation,forming education principles and producing practical wisdom.Based on an investigation of elementary education of Shanghai Normal University in 2011,this paper points out that there are many problems in educational practice curriculum.The main causes include efficiency orientation,reciprocal relations between college and elementary schools and vacancy of policies.In order to get better,we should adopt new strategies,such as assisting meaning orientation,constructing corporation relation between colleges and primary schools,and issuing anticipatory policies.
