| 摘 要： | 社会中介组织涵义、类型功能作用及其完善和发展。社会中介组织与西方是“市场失灵”、政府干预缺陷”暴露出来以后取得了长足发展,在我国则是党的十一届三中全会以来的产物。大力发展社会中介组织,提高社会中介组织的品种规格、人员素质,大力加强社会中介组织的法制建设,强化中介组织的自律和他律机制是当前极为迫切的任务。

| Abstract: | The implication, types, functions and roles of social intermediary organization and its improvement and development have scored considerable achievements after the western ideas of "the market is the most important soul and the government's interference is faulty were presented, which is a new product of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party. At present it is an urgent task to develop the social intermediary organization, to enlarge its types and specifications, to raise the level and quality of its personnel and strengthen its law construction and its self - disciplined and external disciplined mechanism as well. |
