| 摘 要： | 我国目前物流人才紧缺，主要是通过大学、高职院校大力培养物流人才，并通过对在职物流工作者的培训来提高其对物流认识与能力的培养。高职院校如何培养物流专业学生核心竞争能力已成为我们迫不急待研究的课题。文章从学生核心竞争能力的构成、学生核心竞争能力与培养模式的关系、建立符合我国实际的流程培养模式等三个方面进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | At present,there is abysmal shortage of logistics people in China.It is mainly with the efforts of universities and higher vocational colleges that prospective logistics employees are cultivated.And employees working in logistics areas usually improve their understanding and ability of logistics through job training.It is then very important and of significance to discuss the topic of how to cultivate the core competence of students majoring in logistics of higher vocational college.The paper discusses three aspects: the composition of students' core competence,the relationship between students' core competence and the training model,and establishment of the process training model in line with the practice of our country. |
