| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期党的干部的思想政治教育工作,成为决定整个中华民族兴衰成败的关键。党中央在马克思主义理论和成熟的毛泽东思想指导下,统一思想,统一认识,目标明确,教育内容针对性强,教育方法灵活多样,形成了完整的教育体系和宏大的教育规模,并积累了丰富的宝贵经验,培养了数以万计的优秀革命干部,为抗日战争的胜利提供了可靠保证,也对现代高校辅导员思想政治工有重要的启示。
