| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,全球化的发展态势对高校德育提出了崭新的课题:高校德育工作应该面向世界。高校德育只有主动树立开放的观念,科学建立运行机制,积极深化德育内容,切实采取有效形式,才能适应入世后开放的教育和开放的社会,实现新形势下育人的目标。
