校本培训的理论与实践探索

摘    要:高素质的教师队伍是提高办学质量和效益的根本保证。随着第八次课程改革的进一步推进和深入,教师培训的任务更加艰巨,尽管各级教育行政部门和各教师培训基地不断加大培训力度、扩大培训规模,但仅仅是完成了骨干教师的培训任务,教师的全员培训任务还必须依靠一种新型的培训形式———校本培训来承担。本文试图对校本培训的含义、意义、内容、群体目标、实施途径等进行一些初步的探索。

Abstract:A group of teachers of high quality is the basic guarantee of improving schooling quality and benefit. With more forwarding and much further steps of the 8th Reform on New Subjects, it is more difficult to carry out the task of teacher-training. Although each level of educational authoritative departments and each teacher-cultivating base have been always putting more strength on teacher-training as well as enlarging the training scales, they just completed the task of cultivating mainstay teachers. A new form of training should play an unlackable role in the whole teacher-group cultivating process, that is the school-based training.The article tries to make a preliminary research on the concepts, meanings, contents, whole-targets, and carrying-out means of this new form of teacher-training.
