| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法,对高校女教师从事体育锻炼的现状进行调查与分析。结果表明高校女教师参加体育锻炼动机是明确的,但由于家务、教学科研工作等因素使体育锻炼受一定影响。

| Abstract: | The survey and the analysis on the present status of the participation of physical exercises by female college teachers have been made by questionnaires.The result indicates that their motivation of participation of physical exercises is unambiguous,but the participation is affected by the heavy burdens such as housework,teaching and researching work. |
