| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料,并结合多年运动训练实践,对竞赛性心理障碍原因的分析,采用了心理训练对策,特别是准备性竞赛心理训练对策,预防和消除了心理障碍的产生,培养了运动员最佳竞技心理状态,有利于运动员临场运动技战术水平的发挥.

| Abstract: | With the help of documents,together with many years'training practice,this paper analyzes athletes'psychological hindrance in competitions,and deals with tactics of psychological training,esp.those of preparatory psychological training before competitions.And the paper will direct and instruct athletes how to prevent and overcome psychological hindrance,so that athletes are in their best psychological form during competitions and give full play to their technical and tactical competence just before competition. |
