| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着全球化进程的加快、市场经济大潮的冲击、我国加入WTO和电子网络期刊的崛起，社科学术期刊既面临发展的大好机遇，又遇到种种困惑与挑战。社科学术期刊只有与时俱进，采取多种措施。不断自我完善，抓住机遇，迎接挑战，才能真正担当起其时代使命和历史重任，实现历史性的跨越和发展。

| Abstract: | Due to the increased progress of globalization, clashes of the market economy, and inconceivable quantity of WTO-gifted electronic network publications, the periodicals of social sciences have come across both unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Therefore, the writer of the paper claims that the periodicals should take the opportunities to complete the mission and fulfill their commitments. |
