| 摘 要： | 德治、礼治是传统中国的基本治国之道。近代以来,随着西方文明的侵入,法治理念渐入人心,法治成为中国社会追求进步的愿望和渴求。在建设和谐社会成为时代呼声的今天,如何将德治、礼治和法治有效地结合起来,建构起一个适合中国国情的现代治国理念,是国人应该思考的问题。

| Abstract: | Ruling by virtue and ruling by rites are fundamental Chinese principles of governing.At present,with the invasion of western civilizations,the principle of ruling by laws is progressively accepted.The implementation of this principle is a progressive hope and pursuit concerning Chinese social reform.Today,when constructing a harmonized society has become the voice of the times,it is an issue worth thinking about how to effectively integrate the principles of ruling by virtue,by rites and by laws to create a guideline of governing that is updated and adapted to the status quo of China |
