水解DNA微波共振吸收的理论研究

摘    要:本文从理论上详细地研究了水解DNA微波共振吸收问题。在考虑DNA双螺旋表面电荷不连续分布对共振吸收的影响后,提出了一个更符合实际的模型,得到一组非线性微分方程。在实际出现的小振幅振动下,用摄动法求解了微分方程,再加上外场后得到了一系列的共振频率,许多与Van Zandt用局部有效场方法的结果一致,同时尚预言了一些新的共振频率。

Theoretical Study of Microwave Absorption Resonance by Dissolved DNA
Abstract:In this paper, we theoreticoally study in detail microwave absorption resonance by dissloved DNA. Afeer disscuss the influence of discrete charge distribution on the eletrostatic interaction between DNA and its hydration layer, we present a more redlistic model, and a coupled nonlinear differentinal system is estadlished. The system has been solued by the theory of pertwrbation. We found thta there exists resonant microwove absorption tor longitudinal modes, and its resonant freguenciesare in agreement with the results of local field approach developed by Vam Zomdt. and a series of resonant frequenties is predicted.
