| 摘 要： | 对技能主导类表现难美性项目中的"难度战术"进行初步界定,指出难度战术的应用主要表现于赛前的难度申报和临场的难度变更两个方面。通过赛前难度申报可以实现给对手施加心理压力、获取决赛资格和在决赛中争取较好成绩等战术目的。临赛变更动作难度是运动员一种常用的战术行为,包括降低难度、同等难度系数动作的替换与加大难度3种指向。此外,为了成功运用难度战术,在训练和参赛方面分别对运动员和教练员提出了相应的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper defines the degree-of-difficulty tactics in difficulty and beauty-expression events and indicates that two main utilizing techniques are declaration of difficulty and changing difficulty.Declaration of difficulty can achieve tactical objectives,such as to exert psychological pressure on the opponent,for finals,to achieve good results.Changing the action before the game is a common tactical behavior.It includes three points:Keeping the same degree of difficulty,increasing the degree of difficulty and decreasing the degree of difficulty.In order to successfully utilize the degree-of-difficulty tactics,some suggestions for athletes and coaches are put forwarded. |
