| 摘 要： | 文章采用观察法、访谈法,并运用运动心理学的相关知识,简要分析散打运动员比赛中的几种不良心理现象及产生原因,并制订了一些克服不良心理现象的方法,为基层教练员对运动员心理训练提供一些可供参考的方法和依据。
