| 摘 要： | 以比赛为中心，技术与练习相结合的教学方法，既锻炼了学生组织、编排、裁判实践等方面的能力，又促进了排球运动水平的提高，使更多的学生参与排球运动，这是提高高校排球课教学质量的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The contest-centered teaching method which combines technique with practice can be an effective way to improve the quality of volleyball teaching in college physical education, because it not only tempers the students in their practical ability of organizing, programming, refereeing and etc., but also contributes to upgrading the level of volleyball game, attracting more students to go in for the game. |
