| 摘 要： | 在订单制造中，报价工艺设计与常规生产工艺设计的主要区别在于工艺设计的结果不是直接用于指导实际制造，而是为向客户提供具有竞争力的报价提供技术依据，并向客户提供企业生产资源的信息。文章分析了报价工艺的特点，并针对这些特点，提出了报价工艺的设计方法。

| Abstract: | In the make-to-order(MTO) manufacturing,a normal process planning is a guideline for actual manufacturing,but the quoting process planning is different.It is used for offering both technical bases to quote and the message of firm's operative resources to the client.This paper analyzes the characteristic of process planning for quoting for MTO manufacturing.A method is studied to improve the agility of the quoting process planning in the paper. |
