| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调研和个案分析，提出科学理论向运动训练方法转化过程的核心是实现理论向训练方法的结构要素渗透，具体作法和措施包括创造、增加新的训练手段；改进已有训练手段的性能；变换训练手段参数及其组合关系；提高训练手段参数的定量水平。
