| 摘 要： | 专业教学团队的建设是目前高等教育教学改革的一个重要举措，也是进一步提高本科教学质量的现实要求。新建本科院校作为目前本科教育体系中的一支重要力量，在办学条件不够理想，师资力量还较为薄弱的情况下，应该高度重视教学团队的建设工作。通过解决团队建设中的相关问题，尽快实现建设高水平教学团队的目标，从而带动专业整体教学水平的提升和人才培养质量的提高。
