| Abstract: | Concept of Whole-human development of special children emphasize integration of commonness and personality, integrity and dynamic, handicap and potential, including milestone development and longitudinal development. The concept certainly will extend thinking and practice on physical and psychological health of special children, normalizing life experiences,and fostering self-choice ability and self-decision ability in overcoming the impairments. |
