| 摘 要： | 根据高新技术产业的特点，天津高新技术产业园区企业继续教育应把握好3个方向：利用园区联盟型继续教育模式，对高层次人才重点补新，即补充新知识、新技术、新管理理念；利用行业性企业继续教育实体模式，对作业层人员重点补能，即提高新工艺、新设备、新材料的应用能力和文化层次；利用内部培训，对一般管理人员重点补缺，即缺什么补什么，满足企业发展对各层次人才的需要。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of high and new technology industries,further education of enterprise in high and new technology industrial district in Tianjin should grasp three direction:applying the further education model of district union to develop new knowledge,new technology and new management view for high level talents;applying the entity model of industrial enterprise further education to enhance operational workers' cultural level and application abilities of new technics,new technology,new frastructure and new materials;applying inside training to meet the demand of general management personnel,etc. |
