高校教师学校管理话语权的异化与回归

摘    要:当前高校教师的学校管理话语权异化现象严重.造成这一现象的原因,主要是社会历史传统形成的集体无意识,建言与决策监督机制的不完善,教师能力与精力双重资源贫瘠.要改变这一状况,就要唤醒教师学校管理话语权意识,实现主动参与;破除话语霸权,平衡管理者与教师管理地位;加强组织系统建设,确保全员参与;建立“建言-应答-监督”的全程执行机制和制度;加强相关学习和培训,提高教师行权能力.

Abstract:In There is now a serious alienation phenomenon of university teachers' discourse rights in the administration of our universities and colleges. The phenomenon is mainly caused by the teachers' collective unawareness of their rights in the tradition of our society ,the imperfection of the consultation and supervision mechanism,and the teachers' insufficient ability and energy. To change this situation,we need arouse the teachers' discourse rights awareness and let them take the initiative in acting their discourse rights. We need to breskthrough the discourse hegemony,set up equal rights between administrators and teachers,and strengthen the organization system. We also need to establish an all-weather executive mechanism and an "advice-response-supervision" system. At the same time,teacher training is by no means less important in enhancing the discouse rights of the teachers.
