| 摘 要： | 法治是民主的伴生物,法治的实现不仅要有完善的法律规范体系,而且要有普遍的法治观念,其中公民法律意识为法治秩序提供着内在的驱动力和必要的精神支撑,公民法律意识的树立是法治的关键要素之一.我国公民的法律意识处于较低的状态,努力塑造公民的理性法律意识,是我国当前政治进程中迫切需要加以解决的重大课题.

| Abstract: | The handling of state affairs by law is associated with democracy.The realization of the handling of state affairs by law not only must depend on the consummation of the standard legal system,but also on the universal consciousness of law,of which the citizens' consciousness of law provides the intrinsic driving force and the essential spiritual strut for the order of the handling of state affairs by law.Therefore,setting up the citizens' consciousness of law becomes one of the essential factors for the handling of state affairs by law.Since the citizens' consciousness of law is at a low level in our country,molding citizens' rational consciousness of law diligently becomes an important issue which needs to be solved urgently in the current political process of our nation. |
