摘    要:采用量产电控汽油机上的传感器、控制器和执行器,开发了一套用于演示汽油机电控系统工作原理和过程的实验教学装置。该装置可模拟并演示电控汽油机的喷油、点火、加速、减速、怠速、碳罐等控制过程,简洁、直观、可操作性强,对学生掌握汽油机电控系统的组成和功能起到了积极作用。

Abstract:Sensors, controllers and actuators from the mass produced electronically controlled gasoline engines were used to develop a demo system to show the operational principle of electronically controlled gasoline engines. The system can simulate and show the processes of fuel injection, spark ignition, acceleration, deceleration, idling, canister operation etc. of gasoline engines in a concise, simple and operable way, producing the active effects on learning the structure and functions of gasoline engines for students.
