| 摘 要： | 依据T型关联度的分析思路设计科技资源投入与产出的T型关联度分析模型,对2001~2008年间安徽省科技资源投入与产出的关联度进行研究。结果表明,科技资源投入的八项指标与科技资源产出均有正相关关系,但科技财力资源投入对科技资源产出的贡献要比科技人力资源大。

| Abstract: | This paper establishes an analysis model of the relationship between the science and technology input and output based on the basic ideas of Time Correlation,and the model is applied to study the the science and technology input and output in Anhui Province during the years from 2001~2008.The results show that the science and technology input has a positive correlation with the output,and the financial resources play a more significant role in promoting the output than the human ones do. |
