| 摘 要： | 针对我国地方科学数据共享的特点和现状,分析了地方科学数据共享平台管理中对组织结构的需求。在此基础上,将虚拟组织理论引入了科学数据共享组织结构中,构建了虚实结合的地方科学数据共享组织管理模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics and the status quo of local scientific data sharing in China,this paper analyzes the needs of organizational structure in the management of local scientific data sharing platform.By introducing the virtual organization theory,the management model of local scientific data sharing organization based on virtual organization and entity organization is constructed. |
