全媒体时代高职学报数字化转型的困境及路径

摘    要:为加快推动高职学报数字化转型,以RCCSE收录的18种北京市高职高专成高院校学报为调查对象,通过调查其投稿方式、微信公众号、出版周期,分析高职学报数字化转型的困境及其制约因素。结果表明:高职学报普遍处于采编技术应用能力低、传播力弱、出版时滞长的困境。为此,从发挥采编系统优势,探索新型出版模式,加强新媒体编辑力量3个方面提出高职学报数字化转型的路径,对推动高校出版工作改革发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:In order to speed up to promote the digital transformation of higher vocational journals,taking 18 journals of higher vocational colleges in Beijing included in RCCSE(Research Center for Chinese Science Evaluation)as the subject,through their investigating submission method,WeChat official account,publication cycle,this paper analyzes the plight of the digital transformation of higher vocational journals and its restricting factors.The results show that higher vocational journals are generally in the plight of low editorial technology application ability,weak communication power and long publication time delay.Therefore,this paper puts forward the path of digital transformation of vocational college journals from 3 aspects of giving full play to the advantages of editorial system,exploring new publishing models and strengthening the editorial power of new media,which is of great significance to promote the reform and development of university publishing.
