| 摘 要： | 软实力作为一种重要的资源，由于主客观方面的原因，曾经被高职院校忽视。然而软实力对高职院校的发展具有非常重要的意义。是示范性内涵建设的需要、是增强示范性校核心竞争力的必然选择、是示范性可持续发展的精神动力、为示范性的发展营造良好的环境。为此，各高职院校以示范校建设为契机，加强软实力建设，通过示范校建设的平台，各院校在办学理念的凝练、特色的创建、品牌的打造、校园文化建设，校友资源的整合等软实力方面大大得到了提升。
