| Abstract: | The present study has discussed the optimization of the teaching of physical education curriculums from the three respects of basic criterion, efficient criterion and evaluative criterion of physical education teaching. It has put forward the optimized contents of following the law of physical education teaching, exerting great efforts to carry out the experiment of new curriculums, deepening the reform of physical education teaching, bringing into play the subjectivity of students, strengthening subjective consciousness and so forth. |
