| 摘 要： | 云南是一个少数民族众多的省份，各民族在这片红土地上生活、繁衍，在各民族传统节日、宗教、婚俗丧葬等活动中广泛开展各种体育活动，在这些活动中，民族传统体育充分体现了文体兼并性、广泛的群众性、健身性及美学特征等特点，而这些特征，又使之与现代体育相互融合、互为发展，进而朝着旅游业和产业化的方向发展，使少数民族传统体育和现代体育携手步入一个新的发展时期。

| Abstract: | Yunnan is a province with multiple minority nationalities. All of them live and propagate here. They always carry our all kinds of sports activities during the festivals, such as religious activities and marriage customs and funerals. At this time, the traditional ethnic sports reveal the colorful characteristics of the combination of the traditional culture and sports activities. It is wide-ranging and body-building and full of the characteristics of aesthetics. Owing to the characteristics, they are in perfect harmony with modem sports and develop towards the direction of tourism and industrialization. The ethnic sports and modem sports will work together and step forward a new period of development. |
