| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国采取了多次利率政策,然而都没有达到应有的效果,为何在西方的"灵丹妙药"在中国却失效了呢?本文透过中西方经济学者的观点,深入分析了居民储蓄的影响因素,从而得出利率对居民储蓄的作用必须建立在一定的条件上,并且提出了相应的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Recently,China has adjusted interest rates several times,but the result was not satisfactory.Why did it work in western countries but not in ChinaThe article looks through the perspective of Chinese and Western economists,analyses the factors influencing savings thoroughly,and concludes that the role of interest rate to residents' savings is based on a certain condition.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward accordingly. |
