| 摘 要： | 体育课是当前在校大学生唯一能得到保证的运动形式。可有效增强体质、调节心理机能和生活节赛、恢复体能。通过对同济大学1999—2000级学生上体育课兴趣和动机的调查研究，分析本校大学生对体育课的态度，课程设置的需求，体育锻炼的参与意识，体育理论知识掌握情况。提出课程设置的科学性、教材的针对性、教法的适应性，必须遵循大学生健康体育心理规律，促使大学生能热衷于体育活动、保证大学生上好体育课。

| Abstract: | PE lesson is the only assuming sports form for university students.The lesson can improve their constitution,adjust their psychological enginery,improve their life rhythm,and recover their energy.Thir article is based on the investigation of the freshmen and sophomore of Tongji University,their interest and motivation for the PE lesson.Try to analysis students' attitude to the PE lesson,their demand for the arrangement of the lesson,their consciousness of attending sports,and how much they have mastered the knowledge of PE lesson.The author try to bring forward the best arrangement of this lesson,the pertinence of the test book and adjust ability of the way of teaching,these three points should obey the psychological rules of university students' health,so that the students could be interested in exercises,and it' the key to have PE lessons successfully. |
